Job summary

French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Woodburn, OR is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

You’ll provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management; educate residents and families on safe equipment use; and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to promote progress and independence. Accurate documentation and timely billing are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or graduate of CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Ability to complete documentation and billing in a timely manner.
