NavSav in Houston seeks a passionate Personal Lines Account Manager to support client services and retention from our local office. Build strong client relationships, review coverage, and assist with policy changes to protect clients.

Grow and retain clients through timely reviews and cross-selling where appropriate. Ideal candidate holds a Property & Casualty license and is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Pass background check.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; 45+ WPM typing.
• Self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes and process changes
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals as needed
• Contribute to agency growth and retention goals through enforced retention processes
