NavSav in Houston is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Account Manager to support client services and retention within our growing independent agency with 75+ locations nationwide. You will nurture relationships, discuss coverage needs, and assist with policy changes and renewals.

The ideal candidate holds a Property and Casualty license, is fluent in Mandarin & English, and brings strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• Must hold Property and Casualty license.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes, etc. and process any needed policy changes.
• Provide policy reviews and renewals as needed for clients.
