Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain high-value consumer and business client relationships.
• Proactively educate and resolve issues to improve loyalty.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Achieve defined sales and service goals.
• Provide back-up support to branches and mentor colleagues.
• Perform teller functions and research cash discrepancies when needed.
• Maintain accurate transactions and cash totals.
