You will manage agencies, optimize ROAS, personalize segments, and analyze data with creative and analytics teams to boost LTV and new customer acquisition. Remote candidates considered; high-visibility role with global impact.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of hands-on digital media planning and paid media execution.
• Track record of campaigns delivering measurable performance (ROAS, reach, traffic).
• Experience with external agencies and media partners.
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs and customer journeys.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Influencer marketing experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns across social, display, search, shopping, PMAX, CTV, and affiliates.
• Manage media agencies and affiliate partners to maximize ROAS and reach.
• Implement segmentation and personalization to improve performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams for messaging and design.
• Test and optimize ad creative, formats, and targeting segments.
• Work with analytics to measure churn, repeat purchases, and LTV.
• Track KPIs and report insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align paid content with brand priorities.
