Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, high-activity sales environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Critical thinking and sound decision-making, especially with objections.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales process with every assigned lead.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations showcasing the Paylocity stack.
• Determine HR and payroll needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals with timely follow-up.
• Generate new business through outbound efforts and referrals.
• Build relationships with partners and referral sources.
• Organize and manage documentation for conversions from prior providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth client transitions.
