N&K CPAs, Inc. in Honolulu is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our Administrative Services Division and contribute to the success of our Tax, Audit, and Consulting divisions.

You will handle tax processing, financial statements, data maintenance, and general office tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor and collaborative spirit in a downtown setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and type at least 50 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Support Tax & Audit divisions with tax return and financial statement processing, eFiling, and client data maintenance.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scanning, mail handling, database maintenance, office upkeep, and reception duties.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
