Responsibilities

• Receive strategic expectations from CEO and develop plans to achieve branch targets for Sales and Operations.
• Coach and monitor daily performance to meet NSLI and Volume targets.
• Collaborate with Installation Managers to improve installation systems and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager for receiving, inventory management, and quality control.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety guidelines in the field and warehouse.
• Review location financials monthly and present analysis to CEO and CFO.
• Oversee headcount planning, hiring, and training to support revenue goals.
• Represent West Shore Home at philanthropic and community events.
