Job summary
Black Diamond Pest Control is seeking an SEO & Web Development Specialist to own the digital marketing stack, drive growth, and ensure unified performance across SEO, paid media, and website analytics. This role collaborates with the CEO and CMO to optimize campaigns and site performance while implementing streamlined tracking and reporting.
The ideal candidate blends marketing strategy with technical execution, including website platforms (WordPress/Webflow), analytics, and marketing automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or similar role.
- Strong experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and local SEO).
- Experience with website platforms such as WordPress and/or Webflow.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools (Looker Studio preferred).
- Experience with conversion tracking, tagging, and analytics platforms; working knowledge of APIs and data integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the company’s SEO strategy across all service lines and markets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance trends using tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Optimize on-page and technical SEO (site structure, metadata, schema, page speed, indexing).
- Build and maintain dashboards for paid media, SEO, and lead tracking; provide actionable insights.
