Sensiba LLP in the United States seeks a Director of Marketing to provide strategic and operational leadership across the marketing organization. This role oversees the teams that plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies across the firm’s industry verticals and services, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.

This role will lead a team of Strategic Marketing Managers and a Marketing Production group, driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and measurable business results, while

Qualificações

• Significant progressive marketing experience with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading marketing strategies for industry verticals and services.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and revenue-oriented marketing.
• Ability to translate business strategies into executable marketing plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Marketing Organization and develop 3–4 Strategic Marketing Managers.
• Oversee the Marketing Production team and ensure high-quality execution.
• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive pipeline, revenue growth, and measurable business results.
• Partner with the Vice President of Marketing and senior stakeholders.
