Job summary

Goodville Mutual Casualty Company seeks an experienced insurance product professional to develop and manage products that support corporate growth and profitability. The role focuses on reviewing materials, analyzing data, and implementing product initiatives across personal lines, with close collaboration among Actuarial, Underwriting and Marketing teams.

You will stay current on market trends, drafts endorsements, and participate in filings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
CPCU and/or other industry certifications preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills required.
Ability to analyze and articulate complex coverage matters and rating processes.

Responsibilities

Stay current with market trends impacting insurance products and profitability.
Maintain awareness of regulatory and compliance issues related to products.
Serve as in-house expert for coverage analysis, pricing, and rate filings.
Recommend product solutions based on trends and market needs to support growth.
Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting and Marketing to ensure competitiveness.
Review product changes from rating bureaus and implement as needed.
Monitor the success of product initiatives and draft endorsements.
Assist in developing materials for filings and facilitate cross-functional consensus.
