Bill Oswald - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to nurture customer relationships and grow the agency’s business. You’ll act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, promoting relevant insurance products and services with a customer-first mindset.

Ideal candidates are sales-oriented, sociable, and capable of handling policy reviews, resolving complex issues, and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
