Job summary

Caruso Ford Lincoln Mazda in Long Beach is seeking an inside sales representative to drive qualification of leads and move prospects through the funnel. You will prospect, communicate via email and calls, and maintain a current CRM to support the sales team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software.
• Superb communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives to convert clients.
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms to convert them into qualified leads.
• Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team has current information on all leads.
• Report on key performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly.
• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele.
