Job summary

Whitmore in Rockwall, TX is seeking an Inside Sales/Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, grow revenue for Hydrotex branded products, and field incoming leads for all brands.

Responsibilities include outbound calls to promote products, use Salesforce to manage contacts and campaigns, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and collaborate with customer service, pricing, product management and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales admin experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills required.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products, initiate orders, and introduce new products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage contacts, document conversations and create campaigns.
• Prepare proposals and quotes as needed.
• Follow up on leads generated from trade shows, websites and other channels.
• Provide support to outside sales by communicating customer activity and providing leads.
• Lead efforts to organize and manage all records, reports, and data for the Sales Department.
