Whitmore Manufacturing, LLC in Rockwall, TX is seeking an Inside Sales professional to manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and grow revenue across the Hydrotex brand.

You will field incoming leads, conduct outbound calls, and collaborate with customer service, pricing, product management and marketing to meet sales goals. A Bachelor's degree is required, with prior inside sales or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales administration experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow up skills are required.
• Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce) and related tools is expected.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products, initiate orders, and introduce new products.
• Utilize the CRM (Salesforce) to manage contacts, document conversations, and create campaigns.
• Learn product information to communicate effectively with customers.
• Prepare proposals and quotes as requested/needed.
• Follow up on leads from trade shows, websites, and other channels.
• Support outside sales by communicating customer activity and providing leads.
• Organize and manage records and data for the Sales Department.
• Introduce additional products into accounts to grow wallet share.
• Periodically visit customers to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with customer service, pricing, product management, and marketing to meet goals.
