Delasco is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Medical Aesthetics sales team in Plano, TX. You will build relationships, uncover new opportunities, and help customers grow their business with solutions from our portfolio.

You will expand the customer base, strengthen partnerships, re-engage former customers, and drive revenue by managing pipelines, negotiating terms, and coordinating with Marketing and Product teams. Travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
• Experience selling medical aesthetics products is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM tools.

• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Grow existing accounts by upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Re-engage former customers and win back lost business.
• Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities toward goals.
