Job summary

Delasco LLC is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to expand our Medical Aesthetics sales team. You will identify new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and re-engage former customers to drive revenue growth.

You will manage a sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to align sales initiatives and strategies. Some travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role.
• Experience selling a portfolio of medical aesthetics products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and upselling/cross-selling.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers.
• Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure and renewal.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to align sales initiatives.
• Travel as needed for customer and industry events.
