Job summary

Serotonin Center is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and drive sales and client satisfaction at our Orlando location. You will lead front office and medical teams, manage memberships, and ensure adherence to HIPAA and safety standards while achieving growth targets.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency with Zenoti and GHL CRM to optimize scheduling, documentation, and lead management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, fitness, or MedSpa management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with business software platforms (Zenoti, GHL CRM).
• Ability to lead and coach a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support office and medical staff.
• Lead daily huddles to align team on goals.
• Onboard new hires within 14 days.
• Conduct monthly one-on-ones with staff for coaching.
• Oversee sales goals and convert consultations to longevity plans.
• Maintain client satisfaction metrics (NPS).
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage supply and equipment purchases and warranties.
• Adhere to scheduling protocols and use software for scheduling, documentation, and leads.
• Submit payroll and budget reports on time.
• Maintain labor percentage within target and payroll compliance.
• Oversee front desk operations and community outreach.
• Develop weekly networking and outreach initiatives.
• Respond to reviews within 24 hours.
• Document and manage adverse treatment reactions.
