Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time General Manager in Hoffman Estates, IL to set strategic direction, grow the business, and maintain the customer base. You will lead multiple functions, drive profitability and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

Advanced oral and written communication skills are required.
Advanced coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills are required.

Responsibilities

To create, gain approval for and ensure the business achieves the annual plan by way of sales, revenue and profitability goals.
To report, adjust and modify business plans and budgets throughout the year.
To manage and monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide interventions when needed.
To oversee hiring activities in coordination with HR.
To approve and control all company expenditures and asset maintenance.
To ensure installed business orders meet margins and delivery.
To ensure operations comply with established practices, processes, and policies.
To present a professional image and act as an ambassador for Convergint.
To conduct performance management and salary planning.
Keep current on company products and policies and enforce them when needed.
