Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume environments, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers to set goals, follow up on progress, and coach to improve departments.
• Ideal candidates should have GM experience in high-volume locations; background in quick service, hospitality or retail.
