Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar fast-paced restaurant role.
• Strong knowledge of food costs, inventories and budgeting.
• Experience hiring, onboarding and training staff.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to handle customer issues.
• Hospitality management degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant operations.
• Managing food inventory, ensuring that the quality and quantity of food supplies meet our restaurant’s standards.
• Overseeing food costs and budgeting, making sure that the restaurant is maximizing profit while delivering excellent food quality.
• Hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.
• Handling any escalated customer complaints or issues, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and professionally.
