Job summary

Triple Whale is hiring a full stack engineer to own the in-product growth surface, focusing on building experiences that drive activation, adoption, and upgrades through self-serve flows.

You will spend ~80% on frontend (React) and 20% on backend, including API endpoints for experiment configuration, usage tracking, PQL scoring logic, and integrations with internal systems. Collaboration with product, sales, CS, and marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full stack experience with frontend emphasis (React) and backend in Node.js or Python.
• Experience building UI in critical conversion paths (upgrade flows, onboarding, paywalls).
• Hands-on with feature flagging and AB testing using tools like LaunchDarkly, Statsig, or Optimizely.
• Experience with analytics instrumentation (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Experience using AI tools as part of development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend growth surfaces and upgrade flows to drive self-serve conversions.
• Own frontend growth experiments, implement feature flags, and instrument analytics.
• Collaborate with product, sales, CS, and marketing to iterate based on data.
