Job summary

A Connecticut fitness facility is seeking a full-time Fitness Manager to lead the department's financial performance and hit personal and monthly KPI targets.

You will manage Personal Trainer payroll and expenses, partner with the Membership team, develop lead generation strategies, oversee inventory, and coach staff to deliver outstanding wellness services. Two years of related sales experience and 2+ years of leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fitness equipment and wellness strategies.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the department's financial performance in total fitness services.
• Responsible for hitting personal & monthly sales KPI targets.
• Manage Personal Trainer payroll & expenses.
• Partner closely with the Membership department.
• Develop lead generation strategies to hit targets.
• Lead for all fitness products in location.
• Supplement & Inventory Management.
• Works with Admin Specialist to manage supplement profit & loss.
• Recruiting, hiring and onboarding of personal training staff.
• Provide input in performance assessments and terminations.
• Develops a high performing team through coaching and training.
• Performance & KPI management of all fitness staff.
