Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting/financial management, incl. manufacturing/distribution.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements regularly.
• Oversee daily financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead systems integration to support growth and streamline processes.
• Develop and implement financial processes, controls, and procedures.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness with external auditors.
• Present financial status and performance to ownership and board.
