Qualifications

• FINRA registrations required within three months; state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
• Understand clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan for better results.
• Create an engaging branch environment based on mutual trust and accountability.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services

Financial services registrations or licenses (e.g., FINRA/SIE/Series 7/66)
