TrueCut Insurance seeks a Field Marketing Representative to build community relationships and drive new business by marketing our agency’s insurance products to local businesses and organizations.

As the face of the agency, you’ll connect with partners such as car dealerships, mortgage brokers, apartment complexes, and real estate agencies to generate qualified leads and expand our client base. This role offers flexibility and growth within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local car dealerships, mortgage brokers, apartment complexes, real estate agencies, small businesses, and other referral partners.
• Actively network and represent the agency in the community.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement events to increase brand visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities and create referral pipelines from local businesses and organizations.
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure consistent agency branding in the field.
• Track outreach efforts, leads generated, and ROI from field marketing activities.
• Provide feedback on market trends and community needs to agency leadership.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and support overall agency growth goals.
