Job summary

Manifest O.S. in New York City is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to own the webinar and on-site events engine, scaling a high-volume program while maintaining operational rigor.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing operations with hands-on experience in webinar platforms and HubSpot/Marketo, plus comfort with SQL or BI tools to pull data and drive decisions. This position is based in NYC and on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Marketing Operations, Demand Gen, or Lifecycle Marketing at a B2C company.
• Hands-on with webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, Goldcast, On24, Demio, BigMarker).
• Comfortable pulling data with SQL or BI tools to answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end webinar program production (approx. 40 webinars/month).
• Manage martech stack: webinar platform, HubSpot/Marketo, lead flow, attribution, lead routing.
• Coordinate speakers across internal experts and external partners, including diverse immigrant audiences.
• Track and report on registrations, attendance, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and revenue.
