Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Mission Critical Electrical Estimator to pursue and win complex electrical construction projects including hyperscale data centers, mission critical facilities, and large commercial developments.

You will work with operations, preconstruction, project management, and vendors to develop accurate, competitive estimates and drive project success. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in electrical estimating, strong NEC knowledge, and experience with Accubid Anywhere,

Qualifications

• 4+ years electrical estimating experience.
• Experience in Mission Critical / Data Centers.
• Experience in Industrial / Large Commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specs, and project documents.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, engineers, and operations teams.
• Participate in preconstruction planning and value engineering efforts.
• Assist with project turnover and support awarded projects.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems.
