Onward Search is seeking an eCommerce Manager with a CRO focus to drive digital revenue growth across DTC channels, owning product launches, site merchandising, and analytics. The ideal candidate combines Shopify Plus expertise with strong data-driven decision making and hands-on ownership of catalog management, tagging, SEO, and conversion optimization across the customer journey.

• 7+ years of experience in Ecommerce Management, Digital Merchandising, or related ecommerce functions.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or a comparable ecommerce platform.
• Proven success managing product launches, online merchandising, and multi-channel ecommerce execution.
• Strong knowledge of product catalog management, taxonomy, tagging structures, metadata, and site merchandising best practices.
• Experience with SEO, product discoverability, site search optimization, and ecommerce performance measurement.
• Expertise in CRO, A/B testing, conversion analysis, and ecommerce analytics platforms including GA4.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Asana, plus proficiency with Google Sheets, Figma, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own end-to-end product setup, launch execution, catalog accuracy, tagging, metadata, merchandising placement, and launch readiness across all digital commerce channels.
• Partner with Planning and Merchandising teams to align site experiences with inventory priorities, demand trends, and business goals across homepage, collection, search, app, and commerce channels.
• Optimize product discoverability through SEO best practices, metadata management, site search enhancements, and structured product information.
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization initiatives, including test planning, experimentation, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization of key shopping experiences.
• Manage ecommerce reporting, dashboards, funnel analysis, traffic performance, conversion metrics, and KPI-driven recommendations for business growth.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies, technology vendors, and development partners while supporting platform enhancements and site improvements.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and workflow efficiencies to improve reporting, operational execution, quality control, and ecommerce performance at scale.
