Agility Partners is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist who thrives at the crossroads of website operations, email marketing, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology. You will manage content in Optimizely CMS, build pages, run QA, and support on-page SEO and analytics initiatives.

You will collaborate with web, content, and marketing teams to deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, track performance with GA4, and drive automation across channels.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing operations, website management, or marketing technology experience.
• Enterprise CMS experience, ideally Optimizely.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable enterprise email marketing experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Strong understanding of SEO and website operations.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and digital campaign measurement.
• Strong QA, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering across multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Managing and publishing website content within Optimizely CMS
• Creating and maintaining webpages, landing pages, and digital content
• Performing website QA across content, links, functionality, accessibility, formatting, and mobile responsiveness
• Supporting technical and on-page SEO, including metadata, redirects, indexing, internal linking, structured data, and site performance
• Building, testing, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Supporting audience segmentation, contact management, A/B testing, and marketing automation
• Partnering with developers on website enhancements, bug fixes, CMS improvements, migrations, and UAT
• Tracking digital performance through Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and other marketing analytics tools
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools
