Outsourcey is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to join our remote team. You will plan and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, create compelling ad copy and creatives, and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

You will build marketing funnels, run email sequences, and craft short-form video content for multiple platforms. You will also manage campaigns, analyze data, test variations, and collaborate on growth initiatives, while staying current with platform updates and

Profile Requirements:

• Min 5 Years of Proven Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy and lead generation
• Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
• Experience creating social media content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
• Strong written communication skills for ad copy and messaging
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Core responsibilities:
