Qualifications

• 2–4 years in digital products, ecommerce, LMS admin, or related field
• Strong comfort with learning new software and systems
• Experience with LMS/digital learning; Docebo and/or SCORM a plus
• Experience with ecommerce, CRM, marketing automation; Shopify/HubSpot a plus
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with data, reporting, and performance metrics
• Effective communication with business users, customers, vendors, leadership
• Desire to learn and grow with the organization

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve the digital customer journey from discovery to enrollment and renewal
• Administer Shopify, Docebo, HubSpot ecosystem and workflows
• Support Docebo configuration: catalogs, enrollments, plans, reports
• Implement original digital content and third‑party SCORM content; catalog maintenance
• Collaborate with instructional design and leadership to turn priorities into learning products
• Assist ecommerce merchandising, product configuration, bundles, promotions
• Support enterprise tech integrations: SSO, APIs, provisioning, HRIS/HCM connections
• Translate business requirements into documented workflows and tech improvements
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to test and launch new functionality
• Monitor digital revenue, conversion, course utilization, reporting quality
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and scale FEDLC
• Develop knowledge of FEDLC’s customers, products, platforms, and business model
