Job summary

TKD seeks an associate to join our Corporate & Securities Practice Group. We’re looking for a dedicated, intelligent, versatile, and resourceful person with a strong drive to initiate and participate in client development and to deliver top‑quality legal service.

The ideal candidate has 3–12 years of experience in capital-raising transactions, securities regulation, M&A, lending, and corporate governance, with significant client contact across domestic and international middle-market work.

Responsibilities

• Participates in representing clients involved in strategic transactions, including business combinations, restructurings, and reorganizations.
• Represent clients in equity and debt financings, particularly in the growth stages of the client’s business.
• Advise clients in connection to inquiries from regulatory agencies, customers, and the business community.
• Perform various client services and support duties as assigned by supervising Partner.
