CORPORATE ASSOCIATE | NEW YORK CITY (HYBRID)

A growing and entrepreneurial New York City law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–12 years of experience (5+ years preferred) to join its expanding Corporate, Securities & M&A practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated transactional matters while receiving significant client exposure and meaningful responsibility. The practice represents private equity sponsors, financial institutions, investors, lenders, issuers, middle-market companies, and business owners in a wide range of transactions, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private Equity Transactions
• Capital Raises & Securities Offerings
• Lending & Financing Transactions
• Corporate Governance Matters
• Commercial Transactions
• Strategic Business Counseling

The ideal candidate will have experience handling corporate transactions from inception through closing and be comfortable advising clients on complex business and regulatory matters. Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and client-management skills are essential.

Location: New York City

Hybrid Schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday

Salary Range: $130,000 – $225,000 + comprehensive benefits package
