Qualifications

Law degree and license to practice law.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with documents and computers.
Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
Research legal questions when needed.
Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
