Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company on legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience. Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply.

In this role you will review contracts, provide guidance on policies, help with compliance, and maintain records. Salary range posted: $105,000 to $195,000 per year, with growth opportunities based on experience.

Qualifications

• Requires law degree and active license to practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Corporate law experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn across business areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions as needed.
• Collaborate with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
