Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience. Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply.

Salary range is $105,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

Must have a law degree and an active license to practice law.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.

Responsibilities

Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
Research legal questions when needed.
Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
Maintain organized legal records and documents.
Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
