Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with documents and computer use.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Open to attorneys from different areas of law.
• Willingness to learn and work across business law areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Assist with policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions as needed.
• Collaborate with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Support routine contract and corporate legal issues.
