Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters, welcoming experienced and newer attorneys to build corporate experience. Attorneys from different areas of law are encouraged to apply.

You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with company policies and compliance, and collaborate with management on legal matters. Salary range is $105,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Law degree and active license to practice law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with legal documents and software.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions as needed.
• Collaborate with management and other departments on legal issues.
