Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum four years of accounting experience.
• Experience leading staff in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Lead close calls with corporate and field teams to ensure timely reporting across states and units.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and internal standards are followed.
• Support audits, tax filings, licensing, compliance, and budgeting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
