Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Content Manager to join the Growth Center of Excellence, delivering compelling content that equips business development teams to engage nonprofits. You will write sector pitches, viewbooks, and thought leadership while collaborating with regional teams and analytics partners.

You will manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain an organized content library to support pipeline growth and client impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing or related field.
• Experience producing sales or business development materials is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a library of sales-ready content assets for BD.
• Collaborate with Growth COE and regional teams to prioritize production.
• Translate CCS capabilities and data insights into clear narratives for audiences.
• Write and edit sector analysis documents and competitive positioning materials.
• Produce and update service-line and sector-specific sales collateral as offerings evolve.
• Own multiple content projects from brief to delivery with deadlines.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer for on-brand final assets.
