alliant is seeking a Business Development Conference & Events Associate to drive revenue by planning conferences and client events, bridging Marketing, Business Development, and Executive Leadership. The role requires up to 50% travel to conferences and client events, and delivering measurable pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate combines business development, event marketing, project management, and client relationship skills to create exceptional experiences before, during, and after events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in business development, conference sales, or event marketing.
• Experience with conferences, trade shows, or corporate events.
• Strong CRM and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute conferences and client events to drive revenue growth.
• Identify conferences, sponsorships and event opportunities with Marketing leadership.
• Develop event strategies to maximize lead generation, pipeline and revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and Business Development Consultants at events.
• Partner with BD teams to ensure timely follow-up and pipeline progression.
• Track performance using CRM, ROI reporting, and pipeline metrics.
