• Ability to quickly learn specialized loan processing software.
• Strong time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Loan Processing & Documentation – review requests and prepare accurate docs.
• Pre-Closing Compliance – verify entities, signing authority, collateral lien status.
• Fee Reconciliation – balance closing statements and costs.
• Complex Product Expertise – process letters of credit, participations, SBA loans, etc.
• Record Management – ensure pre-closing docs are uploaded for archiving.
• Data Integrity & HMDA Reporting – accurate data entry per federal requirements.
• Wire Transfers – review and authorize outgoing wires with care.
• Collateral Management – clear post-closing exceptions with proper docs.
• Construction Loan Onboarding – set up projects and budgets in system.
• Risk Mitigation – manage draw process with required approvals.
• Team Collaboration – support other team members and departments.
• Compliance and Ethics – adhere to bank ethics and professional standards.
