Commercial Lines Account Manager is a full-time, role. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including handling policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes. Daily activities include responding to client inquiries, providing proactive customer service, preparing proposals, processing applications, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate and timely policy placement of new and renewal business. The role involves reviewing coverage needs, identifying gaps, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions. The Account Manager collaborates with producers and other team members, maintains organized account files, and ensures compliance with agency and carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance knowledge, including familiarity with common commercial policies and carrier products.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including portfolio management, renewal processing, and attention to detail in documentation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication, relationship building, and responsiveness to client needs.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in an insurance agency or brokerage setting, active property and casualty insurance license, proficiency with agency management systems and standard office software, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
