The role requires a valid P&C license and 3–5 years of independent agency experience, with strong knowledge of commercial lines and familiarity with carrier systems. Responsibilities include marketing and quoting for new business and renewals, renewal oversight, and active client communication.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in good standing.
• 3–5 years in an independent agency or retail brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
• Experience working with multiple carriers and underwriters.
• Familiarity with online rating software and carrier systems.
• Proficient with Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360.
• MS Office suite proficiency.
• Existing book of business is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Policy management: input policy updates and account information.
• Client communication: engage with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters to address inquiries.
• Marketing & quoting: lead marketing and quoting for new business and renewals.
• Renewal management: identify and oversee information for renewals.
• Effective communication: maintain timely communication with clients and carrier representatives.
• Business development: contribute to new business acquisition.
