Vortex Doors is seeking a Commercial Door Estimator to join our team. We value a candidate with 4+ years of door industry experience who can analyze blueprints and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for new construction projects.

You will identify opportunities, present our services to clients, and maintain strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents.
• Effective communication with team members and leadership.
• Problem-solving with multiple variables.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in field service, sales, and customer service.
• Experience driving a company vehicle

Responsabilidades

• Work with customers to provide accurate products and services.
• Generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Team Leader to achieve sales goals.
• Follow up on service quotes and bid deadlines.
• Provide technical training to service technicians.
• Manage and order shop and truck materials.
• Assist in customer job scheduling and project management.
• Build relationships with customers, including key accounts.
• Promote Vortex positively in all interactions.
• Identify construction projects and engage general contractors/architects.
• Analyze blueprints and specs to prepare cost estimates.
• Present benefits of services to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of activities.
