Vortex Doors is seeking a Commercial Door Service Advisor/Estimator to provide products and services to customers, promote long-term retention, and ensure customer satisfaction with our work. The role emphasizes lead generation, collaboration with the service team, and cost estimation for new construction projects.

You will analyze blueprints and specs to prepare comprehensive estimates, follow up on quotes, and build strong customer relationships while promoting Vortex positively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of door industry experience is preferred.
• Must have a good driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate and suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
• Generate leads and seek new opportunities to grow business.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Follow up on service quotes within set timeframes.
• Provide technical training to Service Technicians.
• Manage shop and truck materials as needed.
• Assist in customer job scheduling and project management.
• Build relationships with customers including key accounts.
• Identify and pursue commercial/industrial door projects with contractors/architects.
• Present and explain benefits of services to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
