Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years with client accounts in a fast-paced agency.
• Experience with digital, email, and/or database marketing preferred.
• Fundamentals of marketing and advertising understood.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client meetings with all parties and provide agendas.
• Take notes and provide timely recaps with action items.
• Gather business and project requirements.
• Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with Project Management to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Own and update project briefs for new projects.
• Gather assets and feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Review content, design, and development deliverables.
• Manage organization of repository systems (e.g., SharePoint).
• Follow up with clients on milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure account success and client satisfaction.
• Communicate client priorities to internal teams.
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly status with the client.
• Understand capabilities of all agency departments to coordinate effectively.
• Understand client's business impact of Ansira's work.
• Manage client budgets and monthly billing; report variances.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Escalate red flags to Client Partnership lead and develop resolution plan.
