Job summary

The Cindy Slack Team, Keller Williams VIP Properties, is seeking a motivated Buyers Agent in California to join a coaching-driven, growth-focused environment. You will execute PLACE lead-generation, host open houses, convert prospects into appointments, and negotiate offers while building lasting buyer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute the team’s PLACE lead-generation systems each week.
• Host two open houses every month
• Turn prospecting into qualified appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Engage in team activities and uphold standards
• Attend weekly coaching sessions and partner calls
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for buyers
• Track client relationships and follow-ups using PLACE Technology
