Job summary

The Cindy Slack Team is seeking a Showing Assistant in Simi Valley, CA to support buyer clients with a personalized home-search experience. You will learn our systems, assist with appointments, and help turn client goals into actionable steps.

You will work closely with a collaborative team, use real estate tech and CRM tools, and grow your skills while helping clients navigate negotiations and closings.

Qualifications

This is more than opening doors and showing homes. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, understand what buyers are really looking for, recognize patterns in their behavior and feedback, and communicate valuable insights back to the team.
